We start from pouring raw materials and fully control every production link:

Raw Material Sourcing

We use high-quality ZL11 aluminum alloy cast in-house, combined with sandblasting and T6 heat treatment to ensure excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Rough Turning

Using high-efficiency CNC lathes, we perform rough turning to remove excess material and prepare a uniform base for precision machining.

Finish Turning

In this stage, surface finish and dimensional precision are enhanced to meet the functional and sealing standards of high-performance components.

Deep Hole Drilling

Our deep-hole drilling ensures accurate oil channel formation with optimal concentricity for consistent hydraulic pressure transmission.

4-Axis CNC Machining

4-axis CNC centers enable multi-angle machining for complex shapes like irregular pump bodies and multi-port designs, improving both efficiency and accuracy.

Manual Finishing & Special Processing

Manual finishing is used on critical areas like ports and seal grooves to ensure proper fit and functional reliability.
